“I received a letter in the mail about Prestige legal solutions and, like everyone, I was skeptical at first. After doing my research and seeing this was a legitimate law firm, I read all the fine print and said “why not”. I bought my 2017 Chevy Colorado brand new and at 65k miles the transmission had already started slipping. I had always taken my truck to the dealer to get maintenance and had multiple receipts from the Chevy dealer performing transmission flush’s and calling it a “shutter effect”. Even after transmissions flush’s and restarting the trucks computer, after a couple months the “hard shift” would happen again. Reaching out to Prestige was super simple, I just had to email them all my documents. Keep in mind this process did take a while – approximately 3 months and I received the update that my case was won, and I will receive a settlement. From there, about another 3 1/2 months to receive the actual settlement. I did call for updates but every time I did, they knew my case information right away and the last person I talked to was Miguel and he was very friendly and kept me informed about my settlement. My advice to people looking for a lemon law lawyer is I would recommend this company and just remember to save your documents by going to a dealer for maintenance and have patience with these types of lawsuits.
