Vivian Chen is an Associate Attorney at Prestige Legal Solutions<\/a>, where she advocates on behalf of employees and consumers across California. She brings a strong foundation in public interest law and trial advocacy to her role as plaintiff\u2019s counsel, combining compassion with a relentless commitment to justice.<\/p>\n

Vivian earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley<\/a>, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School<\/a>. While in law school, she worked with the Harriet Buhai Center and the Lanterman Regional Center, providing legal advocacy for underserved and disadvantaged communities.<\/p>\n

After becoming licensed in 2023, Vivian served as a trial defense attorney in juvenile dependency court, where she secured multiple full dismissals on behalf of her clients.
